Original Sturmabteilungen: SA-Standarte Feldherrnhalle M35 Helmet. What a lucky find! This was a vet bring back helmet that
unfortunately the vet or someone else removed most of the exterior finish and scraped at the decals with steel wool or something
similar. The liner had been removed and the helmet sprayed black inside and out, the exterior recieved an additional green layer of
paint also. The original brass rivets are in good shape, minus the washers. The shell is marked NS66. The liner is dated 1938.
Chinstrap tip is gone, but strap is in good condition. I removed the post war paint inside and out. The original Luftwaffe blue paint
with light brown Feldherrnhalle paint over it can clearly be seen. This would be the correct configuration as you can tell by the
decals (what's left of them), you can make out where the Luftwaffe bird was under the brown paint and the SA decals placed over
top.
Has been restored
Original Early German WWII helmet liner. This is the liner that was removed from the M35 SA Feldherrnhalle helmet listed above!
This liner has a reinforced aluminum band that retains a nice round shape. It is marked
"Max Densow, Berlin S.O. 36, 1938" &
"66n.A./58"
. The leather is in very good, plyable condition, but does show wear and a few surface cracks on the fingers. The
original tie string is intact and longer than you usually see. Due to the M35 helmet this came out of having been over sprayed with
paint, there is some paint spray on the leather as you can see in the pics. I wasn't sure how to remove it, so I didn't touch it. Liner
band retains it's nice original round shape.

Original Early German WWII helmet chinstrap. This is the chinstrap that was removed from the M35 SA Feldherrnhalle helmet listed
above! The leather is still very soft and plyable. The tip is missing and there are three staple/wires holding the pieces together
since the stitching is gone, probably post war done. The buckle is aluminum. Nice original early chinstrap.

liner has a reinforced band and is dated "1939". The leather is nice and size marked "57". All
rivets are intact and have not been messed with. The chinstrap is in good condition and is
marked, but difficult to make out. Great original four decal M35!

marked "57". Nice solid and heavy shell! There is a small ding on top towards the front of the shell, bullet dent?  Retains most of it's dark
feldgrau, field applied finish, but there are areas where someone had tried to remove some of the finish. The interior shows signs of surface
rust from damp storage. All 3 split pins retain their washers, the liner has never been removed from the shell. Late war pig skin leather and

*NEW!* RARE - 100% original German WWII M42 "Normandy" camo helmet. Complete and untouched with the soldier's name "Zalder" painted in the rear
of the skirt. A killer three color camo finish to the exterior often referred to as "Normandy" camo using a panzer tan base with green and brown spray over
spots/stripes. Inside and out shows consistant combat wear. The shell is maker / size marked "hkp64" to the inside right. These hkp shells are also rare to
come by. Interior is the original feldgrau color. The liner and chinstrap are original to the helmet. The liner band is dated "1943" and all split pins & washers
are intact and have never been moved. The leather is in good usable/plyable condition, original drawstring present. The chinstrap shows wear and is soft
and plyable, it's maker marked, but the stamping is very faint. Would be interesting to research the German soldier's name and possibly find what unit and
battles he was in. An excellent and guaranteed 100% original camo M42 that most likely saw action on the western front!

*NEW!*   Just out of the woodwork and never in a collection! 100% original German WWII Heer single decal M40 with tan sprayed camo. It's very hard to see
the size stamp, but it's definitely a Q64. The decal has a nice metallic look to it in the sunlight. The liner is very snug and retains all of it's split pins and
washers, it's never been fooled with. The leather is a little stiff and has the original drawstring. Part of the chinstrap is there, but is in pretty rough condition
and has been repaired at one time with wire. The helmet is complete with the soldier's name in the rear of the skirt "Westphal, M" and is also written on the
leather liner "Westphal" over what looks to read "23029". Lifetime guaranteed original!

battles he fought!

*NEW!*   Just found this one out of a WWII vet's estate in Minnesota. Extremely rare black Allgemeine SS single decal helmet. It is an Austrian transitional
style helmet with the outer bolts removed. Painted as early black SS helmets were with satin black outside and inside the rim without removing the liner. You
can see some black paint on the edge of the liner. The interior has alot of surface rust. Original liner is intact with the original drawstring, but very worn
condition. All split pins and washers are there, split pins are the early brass type. The chinstrap buckle end is original, but the long end is different, so I'm not
sure when it was added or changed. The SS decal is in very good condition and shows consistant wear, it's "into" the paint surface. Not sure why there's not
two decals, it doesn't appear to have ever had a decal on the other side.
